This recipe was inspired by the traditional tofu dishes I enjoyed in China and Japan, with a twist of my own. The addition of quinoa, a superfood native to South America, brings a western touch to this eastern delight.
While traveling through Asia, I discovered the wonders of tofu. This versatile ingredient, often overlooked in the west, can be the star of any meal if properly prepared. After playing with different seasonings and methods of preparation, I came up with this delightful recipe that will make even the most ardent carnivore fall in love with tofu.
