- 4 pieces Bananas
- 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 1 cups Almond Milk
- 1 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cups Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and cut them into small chunks. Freeze until solid, at least 2-3 hours.
- In a blender, combine the frozen banana pieces, peanut butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until creamy and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or small freezer-safe container. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Cover the container and freeze for at least 3 hours, or until solid.
- Serve in bowls or cones, and enjoy your homemade vegan ice cream!
