Vegan Peanut Butter Banana Nice Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Bananas
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1 cups Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cups Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them into small chunks. Freeze until solid, at least 2-3 hours.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen banana pieces, peanut butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or small freezer-safe container. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Cover the container and freeze for at least 3 hours, or until solid.
  5. Serve in bowls or cones, and enjoy your homemade vegan ice cream!
