Ingredients
- 2 pieces ripe avocados
- 1/2 cups cocoa powder
- 1/4 cups maple syrup
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
- 1/4 cups coconut flakes
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a food processor.
- Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk to the food processor.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the food processor as necessary.
- Divide the mousse among 4 serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until chilled.
- Top each serving with a sprinkle of coconut flakes just before serving.
