The first time I made this for a dinner party, none of my guests could believe it was vegan - or that it was made with avocados! It' quickly become a favorite in my household.
Ingredients
- 2 pieces ripe avocados
- 50 grams cocoa powder
- 120 ml maple syrup
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 60 ml almond milk
Instructions
- Halve the avocados and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh into a blender.
- Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk to the blender.
- Blend the ingredients until they form a smooth mousse. If the mixture is too thick, add more almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.
- Chill the mousse in the fridge for at least two hours before serving. Enjoy!
