Vegan Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Servings: 4 | 30 minutes | 300 kcal

The first time I made this for a dinner party, none of my guests could believe it was vegan - or that it was made with avocados! It' quickly become a favorite in my household.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces ripe avocados
  • 50 grams cocoa powder
  • 120 ml maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 60 ml almond milk

Instructions

  1. Halve the avocados and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh into a blender.
  2. Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk to the blender.
  3. Blend the ingredients until they form a smooth mousse. If the mixture is too thick, add more almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Chill the mousse in the fridge for at least two hours before serving. Enjoy!
