Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

I once served these at a family gathering where even the most die-hard meat eaters couldn't resist them. They were completely surprised to learn that these 'wings' were actually made of cauliflower!

Ingredients

  • 1 pieces Cauliflower
  • 1 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 cups Plant-based milk
  • 1 cups Buffalo sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Vegan butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into wing-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, and paprika. Then add the plant-based milk and whisk until smooth.
  4. Dip each cauliflower piece into the batter, ensuring it' completely covered, then place it on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake the cauliflower for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven.
  6. In a small saucepan, melt the vegan butter and add the buffalo sauce, stirring until combined.
  7. Brush each cauliflower piece with the buffalo sauce mixture, then return to the oven for another 20 minutes or until crispy.
  8. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving with your favorite vegan ranch dressing.
