There' a little funny story behind this recipe. One Christmas Eve, I found myself in need of a festive drink but all I had was some vegan chocolate, a bottle of vodka, and fresh peppermint leaves. On a whim, I decided to mix them all together - and voila! The Peppermint Mocha Martini was born.
Ingredients
- 50 grams Vegan dark chocolate
- 60 ml Vodka
- 10 pieces Peppermint leaves
- 120 ml Almond milk
- 2 teaspoons Agave syrup
Instructions
- Melt the vegan dark chocolate in a pan over low heat. Stir gently and ensure it doesn't burn.
- In a shaker, muddle the fresh peppermint leaves.
- Add vodka, almond milk, melted chocolate, and agave syrup into the shaker.
- Shake well for about 15-20 seconds until well combined.
- Strain the mixture into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh peppermint and serve chilled. Enjoy!
