This recipe is a fusion of Eastern and Western culinary traditions. Tofu, a staple in Asian cuisine, is combined with the crunchiness of almonds, a popular ingredient in Western cuisine. The garlic-dill aioli adds a Greek touch to the dish.
As a chef, I always enjoy finding creative ways to make Vegan dishes exciting. This recipe was born out of a desire to create a Vegan dish that is not only delicious but also visually appealing and satisfying. And thus, the Crispy Almond-Crusted Tofu was born!
