Ingredients
- 1 cups Quinoa
- 200 grams Tofu
- 2 cups Broccoli
- 1 pieces Red bell pepper
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Soy sauce
- 2 pieces Garlic
- 2 pieces Green onions
- to taste grams Salt
- to taste grams Pepper
Instructions
- Start by cooking the quinoa in a pot as per the package instructions.
- While the quinoa is cooking, slice the tofu into cubes, chop the broccoli, bell pepper, garlic, and green onions, and keep them aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the tofu cubes to the pan and cook until they are golden brown.
- Add the chopped broccoli and bell pepper to the pan and sauté for a few minutes.
- Mix in the soy sauce, garlic, and green onions.
- Finally, add the cooked quinoa to the pan and stir everything together. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
