This creative recipe is inspired by the vegan community' constant innovation to find plant-based alternatives for popular non-vegan ingredients. The use of banana peel as a meat substitute is a relatively new concept that has gained popularity in recent years.
This Banana Peel Bacon recipe was born out of my curiosity and love for vegan cooking. One day, while peeling a banana for a smoothie, I wondered if I could put the banana peel to good use instead of throwing it away. After some experimenting, the Banana Peel Bacon was born!
