Avocado-Orange Pudding

I remember experimenting with unusual combinations one summer afternoon and stumbled upon this perfect blend of avocado and orange. It was a hit among my friends who visited that day and has been a staple in my kitchen ever since.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Avocado
  • 2 pieces Orange
  • 3 teaspoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoons Orange Zest

Instructions

  1. Peel and pit the avocados and put them in a blender.
  2. Juice the oranges and add it to the blender along with the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.
  3. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as necessary.
  4. Taste and adjust the sweetness with more maple syrup if needed.
  5. Serve in bowls, topped with orange zest. Enjoy cold.
