Ingredients
- 1 cups rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 pieces mango
- 1 cups coconut milk
- 1/4 cups almond
- 1 teaspoons maple syrup
Instructions
- Mix the rolled oats and chia seeds in a jar.
- Add the coconut milk, and stir well.
- Peel and chop the mango. Reserve a few pieces for garnishing, and add the rest into the jar.
- Add the maple syrup, and give it a good stir.
- Cover the jar, and keep it in the refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If they're too thick, you can add a bit more coconut milk.
- Top with the reserved mango pieces and almonds, and serve.
