Now, these Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups have become a staple when it comes to creating delicious and cruelty-free dessert options.
Ingredients
- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 1 cups peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- a pinch pieces sea salt
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water.
- Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners and spoon a layer of the melted chocolate into each one.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Spoon a dollop of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate in each muffin cup.
- Cover each cup with the remaining melted chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate is set.
