The sweet and sour flavor profile popular in Chinese cuisine has inspired this dish. In this vegan adaptation, tofu substitutes meat, maintaining the traditional taste but offering a plant-based alternative.
This recipe is inspired by the classic sweet and sour dishes that are popular in many Asian countries, but with a vegan twist. The tofu provides a nice contrast to the sweetness of the pineapple and the tanginess of the bell peppers, making it a truly balanced dish.
