Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup shredded vegan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
