Ingredients
- 2 can full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Add the coconut milk, cashews, cacao powder, and maple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for a minimum of 8 hours.
- Serve the ice cream in bowls and top with your favorite toppings.
