Chocolate, Coconut and Cashew Ice Cream

Servings: 8 | 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 can full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add the coconut milk, cashews, cacao powder, and maple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for a minimum of 8 hours.
  3. Serve the ice cream in bowls and top with your favorite toppings.
